Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities

  • Handle sales orders from customers
  • Answer daily telephone calls and emails from customers
  • Coordinate with production department to ensure smooth order processing
  • Prepare necessary documentation and maintain records
  • Obtain new customers and maintain relationship with existing customers
  • Prepare and send sales quotations to customers
  • Printing and scanning drawings and other paper works
  • Coordinate with various departments for ad-hoc activities

 

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ level
  • Possess Class 3 driving license
  • Able to communicate with customers who speak mostly in English and Chinese
  • Be customer-oriented with good initiative and work attitude  
  • Knowledge of Singapore roads / buildings and construction sites is an advantage
  • Able to work with a team
