The IT Systems Engineer will assist with infrastructure deployment and maintenance. He/she supports the configuration and integration of infrastructure and acts a key point of contact with clients and third-party vendors. He assists with any infrastructure performance analysis to identify problems and risks, makes improvement recommendations and supports implementation of preventative solutions. He troubleshoots infrastructure problems and incidents, and implements corrective actions in accordance to procedures, processes, and quality standards.

Technical Skills & Competencies
Apply diagnostic tools to perform technical analysis of complex software, hardware and infrastructure equipment
Support the improvement of maintenance capability by using automation for upgrades, enterprise backup and storage
Diagnose the root causes of infrastructure problems and recommend system modifications to reduce user problems.
Support the design and implementation of robust infrastructure solutions that adhere to current architecture standards
Entry Requirements
Entry-level candidates and mid-careerists may apply.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in the Built Environment Sector.
Degree/Diploma/ITE in Built Environment-related fields:
